Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons milk
2 Tablespoons oil
1 Tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A few chocolate chips (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in large microwavable mug.
- Cook in microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds or until cake is cooked in the middle.
